number one

So this is my first posting. Or post. Whichever is correct. And I'm just figuring this out. So far so good, I like it. I am sitting here in my room on a cloudy Saturday afternoon, in Badajoz, which is in Extremadura, a province bordering Portugal in Spain, which makes up part of the Iberian Peninsula on the western edge of Europe. Some Spanish radio is playing in the background- Los Cuarenta Principales- which consists of a blend of music from America, Latin and South America, the UK, and of course, Spain.

I'm going to keep this first post short. Or posting. Because I want to see how it all looks. -Adios

Looks great, Pero tu blog necesita algunas fotos. Todos saben que eres bastante guapo y si tuvieras fotos en tu blog seria mas oportunidades para encontrar una mujere fiel. Y todos saben que eso es la que estas buscando.

Anthony, very very glad you have done this. Now even if it is only used to tell us about your oncoming illnesses...still nice to get access to you - and that mind and heart of yours - in whatever hilarious capacity...

This is great Ant! I have to say I have enjoyed reading this... and sympathizing with your sore throat! Maybe you should leave the weather to the Brits and start an ongoing novel! I admit that you have a humorously eliquent way of writing about little of nothing that would put most people to shame!

thea and ash-
many thanks for commenting! and of course you are allowed to write in english.

as for future subjects, i will branch out i think, into worlds other than health and weather. mind you i am feeling better. i think it was just a 24 hour flu... spaniards are hilarious, the get the slightest inkling of some illness and rush to the doctor. no joke, a runny nose is liable to land you antibiotics and a trip to the emergency room. hmm manybe i have some material here for a future post... we shall see!
